Refund policy


Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

If you would like to return or exchange a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us via email with the following information within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Order number, name and phone number when ordering

2. Choice of return/exchange and reason for desired return/exchange

3. Product name, price, quantity

4. Customer's preferred payment address (only for those wishing to return goods)

  Financial institution name, branch name, type, account number, name (in katakana)

*Please ship within 10 days after confirming the reception email.



Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

● Items that have been clearly used or worn.

● Products that have been soiled or scratched by the customer.

● Items with missing tags or accessories.

● Items that have been washed.

● If the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery. (Including box and accessories)

*Exchanges can only be made by changing the color or size of the same product number. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products with different part numbers.



● Handling of defective products

If you receive a defective product or a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product, and then return it to the address below using "cash on delivery". ●About orders from overseas

- Even if you specify a date and time, if your order is from overseas, we will not be able to deliver on the specified date or time.

- Refunds will not be accepted for packages without a return authorization number.
